When and where exhibitions can be seen in 2022

After a few years of limited exhibitions, Independence Day celebrations are back in full swing across much of Polk County.

Here is a list of events taking place in the county on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Auburndale

AUBURNDALE 4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS: 9-10 p.m., July 4, via Lake Ariana, Ariana Park/Beach, 2215 Lake Ariana Blvd., Auburndale. City of Auburndale.

Bartow

CELEBRATION OF JULY 4TH: 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., July 4, Mosaic Park, 2250 S. Floral Ave., Bartow. Live music, food vendors, games, fireworks and more. Fireworks at 9:30pm Bring blankets and lawn chairs. The Bartow Adult Concert Band will perform a patriotic concert at 2:30 p.m. at the Bartow Civic Center.

DAVENPORT

CELEBRATION OF JULY 4TH AND FIREWORKS: 3:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m., July 4, Lewis Mathews Sports Complex, 400 E. Palm St., Davenport. Live bands, food vendors, craft vendors, family activities and a huge fireworks display at 9:15 p.m. City of Davenport.

DUNDEE

4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS: 4 to 9 p.m. July 4, Dundee Community Center, 603 Lake Marie Blvd., Dundee. The city of Dundee.

FORT MEADE

4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS: 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., July 4, Patterson Park, Northeast Ninth St., Fort Meade. Free. Main Street of Fort Meade.

FROST PROOF

INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION – LIGHTS ON THE LAKE: 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. July 3, Lake Clinch, 698 S. Clinch Lake Blvd., Frostproof. Free. Fireworks on the shores of Lake Clinch, food, fun and musical entertainment. City of Frostproof.

HAINES CITY

Thunder on the ridge: 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., July 4, Lake Eva Park, 555 Ledwith Ave., Haines City. Festivals, food, live music, games and shopping at craft and community stands. Entertainment, arts and crafts vendors, a beer garden, food concessions and children’s activities. Ends with huge fireworks. City of Haines City.

WALESEE

4TH OF JULY CELEBRATIONS: 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. July 4th, Lake Wailes Park, 33 N. Lake Shore Blvd., Lake Wales. Free. Family fun activities, local food stalls and fireworks at 9pm City of Lake Wales.

SEALAND

RED, WHITE & KABOOM: 6:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. July 3, Lake Mirror along Frances Langford Promenade, downtown Lakeland. Free. Live Music with Andrew Luv & the Franchise Players, Food Truck. Bring a blanket or chairs. The fireworks start at 9:00 p.m. Bring at least one non-perishable food item to donate to Elderly Service Volunteers. Presented by The T. Mims Corp.
