Here are a few good options.
10001 West Bluemound Road, Milwaukee
A birthday party at the zoo includes up to 15 people (with the option to add people for an additional fee) for 90 minutes in a private room where guests can conduct their own activities, have animals brought into the room to meet, and either have their own birthday cake or groceries purchased separately through the zoo. The package includes admission to the zoo for each guest for the whole day. Optional add-ons include animal encounter experiences and train or carousel rides.
2131 N. Main St., Racine
There are several different spaces at Racine Zoo that can be reserved for birthday parties, which can accommodate anywhere from 16 to 100 people depending on space. Birthday parties include two hours of on-site dining, a 6-foot table for food, cake, and gifts, and tables, chairs, and picnic tables. Food can be brought to the party and zoo admission for each guest is included in the packages. Add-ons for an additional fee include live animal programs, arts and crafts, stories, and goodie bags, as well as space heating and BBQ rentals.
7044 S. Ballpark Drive, Franklin
Groups of 10 or more can enjoy a birthday celebration at a Milwaukee Milkmen game. The package includes game tickets, a group gift, an autographed baseball, the birthday child’s name on the scoreboard (plus an in-game birthday greeting), and a group photo on the field.
9701 W College Avenue, Franklin
Birthday packages at Naturzentrum Wehr include up to 10 party guests (with the option to add more guests for an additional fee). The three-hour parties are organized around a nature theme that includes activities and hikes led by a naturalist. For example, at the reptile and amphibian party, guests will meet snakes, turtles, toads and amphibians, go on a hike and make a take-home craft. Guests also have time for gift opening and refreshments in the party room. Food can be brought from home, or a birthday cake and drinks are included in the more expensive package.

Washington Park, 1859 N. 40th St., Milwaukee
Menomonee Valley, 3700 W. Pierce St., Milwaukee
Party packages include up to 20 children for 2.5 hours in the party area, including 75 minutes of staff-led themed activities. There are many themes that the birthday boy can choose, however some of them depend on which park the party is being held in. For example, fishing and canoe parties can only be held in Washington Park. Some themes available at each of the three parks include scavenger hunts, eco-arts, and physics fun.
500 pp. 84th St., Milwaukee
Birthday packages at Pettit are generally available from November to mid-March. Packages include skate entry, skate rental and use of the Pettit party zone for 10 people for one hour. All packages include a soft drink for each person and, depending on the package, either popcorn, a hot dog and fries, or a pizza slice and a cookie.
10928 W Oklahoma Ave, West Allis
This rink offers party packages for 10 kids (with the option to add kids for an additional fee). All packages include a party table for the entire skating session, birthday song and attribution of the birthday child, entry and skate rental for each guest, two sodas per guest and two baskets of popcorn. For more expensive packages, parties can also include treats, pizza, and a game of laser tag. The rink also offers the opportunity for private parties for up to 50 guests when public skating is not available.
2810 Golf Road, Pewaukee
There are three birthday packages available at the water park with different prices. Depending on the package booked, between nine and 20 children can take part in the party (with two to four adults). Each package includes an hour in a private party room, as well as a birthday cake and drinks. Two packages also include meals for guests. The cheapest birthday package includes two hours of water park swim time, and the most expensive birthday package includes four hours of water park time.

Restaurant New Berlin is a kid-friendly spot with all-you-can-eat pizza, desserts, arcade games, and activities.
The basic party package is for eight children (additional children may come at an additional cost) and includes 90 minutes in a party room hosted by an on-site party host who leads games, ties balloon animals, and performs magic tricks. Each child also receives pizza and drinks, as well as points for games and activities.

2701 Chase Avenue, Milwaukee
Several birthday party packages are available (including some where you’ll have the place to yourself if you’re ready to throw an early morning party on a Saturday or Sunday). The basic package includes two hours of party time, a decorated and reserved table for the party, two slices of pizza and drinks for each child, and points to play with. The more expensive packages include perks like unlimited points to play games, free tickets to redeem for prizes, Dippin’ Dots ice cream, and goodie bags.
2040 West Blue Mound Road, Waukesha
The place is filled with bouncy castles and games. Party packages are available for groups of between eight and 24 children and include two hours in the party room with a party host, a present for the birthday child and drinks for everyone. Depending on the package, pizzas and other treats may be added.

The Big Backyard, a year-round indoor playground in New Berlin, offers several party packages. Packages typically include two hours split between a private room and the play area. Food can either be brought in from outside or hot dogs, snacks and drinks can be purchased on site. Depending on the package, between eight and 24 children are included. Or there is the option to rent the entire place for a private party of up to 60 guests.
10600 West Blue Mound Road, Wauwatosa
This store is dedicated to Lego. Birthday party packages include 2 hours of use of the entire facility, when kids (and adults) can use the bricks to build to their hearts’ content. Packages include up to 15 children (with the option to pay extra for additional children) and use of a party table. Groups can bring their own food and cake or have Tosa Block Party cater for pizza, snacks and custom made cupcakes and cookies. Available add-ons include things like a grab-and-go mug of bricks and a build-your-own minifigure.
11520 W. Blue Mound Road, #2, Wauwatosa
At this DIY pottery workshop, birthday party packages include a two-hour party room for at least six children. The session includes time for painting preselected pieces, guided by an instructor, and time for food, cake, gifts, or activities brought by the birthday family.
