This Secret Menu Item Will Be a Fall Hit – Design and Living Magazine – Design & Living Magazine | Wonder Mind Kids

“I’ll have what Breezee has!” Will get you that secret cider…

Established in 2017, the Wild Terra Cider House has quickly become one of downtown Fargo’s most popular hangouts—it’s no secret. But did you know they have a secret menu featuring a seasonal fall drink? Read on to find out more.

The secret menu drink: The Bubbly Caramel Cider
This first drink is a fun, bubbly version of Wild Terra’s caramel cider. It’s perfect for any fall evening. It’s made with some of their caramel salted wine and then topped with a dry Prosecco. Since this is a secret menu offering, all you have to do is say, “I want what Breezee has!”

dirt bag
Their second offering is DirtBag, a great companion to soccer season and brunch. It has Bloody Mary and Michelada vibes and is made with dry apple cider, tomato, sea salt, basil, celery seed, cilantro, black pepper and lime juice. It has a fun 360 degree clasp so you can rim it, open it, sip and drink it like that or add a shot of vodka. The ideal start to a chilled weekend or a football party.

Something for everyone

For those looking for non-alcoholic options, Wild Terra makes their own organic kombucha on-site and serves it on tap in the tasting room.

Meet Breeze

Fargo native Breezee is the President of Wild Terra Cider, which she co-founded and owns with her husband, Ethan, the executive cider maker. Together, they use their cider for creative good times to encourage positivity and connection.

Questions and Answers with Breezee

Why Fargo? What do you love about the community here?

I’m from Fargo, born and raised. We lived in Washington in our twenties but moved back to raise our family. Fargo has a truly robust downtown community, and people are a big part of what makes shopping in downtown Fargo so fun.

What atmosphere did you want to achieve in the room and what inspirations did you draw inspiration from?

We started Wild Terra to be different and express our perspective. When designing the space I wanted it to feel completely unique compared to other interiors. Ethan and I travel to many different places from Seattle to Austin to Miami. We always take notes on how we can improve the taproom experience.

What is unique about your cider making process?

There are so many great ciders out there, but we want to show you a different style of cider. That said, while we have your regular dry and pear ciders, we also have a Skittles-infused cider and a bourbon cask-aged cider with cherry puree. All cider manufacturing and packaging takes place in less than 5,000 square feet, but we plan to build our new production facility over the next 18 months.

What are you looking forward to most as you serve the F/M community this holiday season?

I look forward to customers who have moved and revisited, and to gatherings of friends and family in the taproom. It means so much to us that people can’t wait to share our space with those in their lives. The taproom gets extra cozy and fun in winter, so it always feels like a party.
